if you want to get started look at a viking espri, they can handle some very rough conditions and can be setup very well for fishing. there only $880 in the online shop. add a couple of scottys a crate in the back and a cheap sounder and you have a fishing machine

But I did mine on my own without a deckie so I should get double points. Ever tried to get a 96cm barra in a net on your own when the bloody thing wont stop jump all over the bay. Thank God for good drags.
