I always cook my fish so worms are not an issue for me.

Every single animal on earth lives with some form of parasite in it at some stage....humans included.

Our own digestive system relies on foreign bacteria to keep us alive.

Do you eat jem fish at all??   look at the processing of jem fish for the public market.

Don't think about it and enjoy a nice meal of fish.
