Well, what can I say, did not see a Bass all day. We got 3 spangleds between us on lures, fished for 8 hours all over the dam.

It rained, it was cold, the cloud was down to water level at times.

What can I say - I was not at bl@@dy work! thats what I can say!

It was a great day.

were they showing on the sounder and just not biting, or were they totally absent?

Saw very few fish on the sounder, just the odd one here and there.

is that unusual for this time of year up there? is it normally a schooling dam like NPD?

Yeah normally they school, but usually still see them around.

We didn't do any trolling for schools, but we certainly crossed the dam a few times, no schools on the sounder either.
