Todays buy from charltons.. coupla megabass, tt switchblade, gulp shrimps and some jigheads. Got a new camera for my birthday so just took a quick messy pic.

Yeah pretty expensive, their hardbodys are a good price though. I don't really care, i usually buy gulp cheap from big w but they don't have the good colours, got abit of a discount anyway .

Just rounding out the arsenal for Monduran. Since I chucked those useless predatek hyper vipers (so called deep divers that didn't even hit bottom in 19 foot of water) I've needed a couple of extra deep divers. So picked up a couple of Halco crazy deeps in my favorite colours from Big W today.

Feral not sure what u were doin wrong with the hyper vipers, are u sure u were towing them from the right tow point? they have 2. I have had them smashing bottom in 8M of water and have lost a few in that depth snaggging up.

I agree with you Feral, I don't like them nearly as much as the normal vipers but I can't bring myself to chuck them so I'll take them all the way to Monduran and not use them again.

THose crazy deeps swim good enough for me and they are a good price.

Tried both tow points Lee, had 4 of them, Towed them all over monduran 2 years ago, they would hit bottom in about 18 foot of water, no deeper.

Just received my new 2nd hand rod at work Picked it up for $100... It joins my T-curve (again got it for $100) and $200 odd dollars of plastic and jigheads I've bought in the last 2 months :cheer:

Came across this thread last week and decided to finally admit to my addiction, I don't use hardbodies, I have only caught 2 fish on them, a mack tuna and a bonito.

saw a bargain bin come out with bait and these.

just got these from the states to try out. It a proto Type Big I Grub. They are a very soft , large 3-4 inch paddle tail soft plastic. i reckon flatties and big bass will love em. Looking forward to trying them out.
