green zone

i have come across a new fishing spot i would like to try but unsure what could happen,what i mean is that to get to this spot i have to pass through a green zone and this is the only way to get there could i be done for anything if they pull me up coming out of there.brad

u can pass through a green zone with fishing gear its only a case if u stop and fish in the zone

In a boat is easy: as long as your rods are stored away you may travel through a green zone. On a kayak, I can't get a straight answer about how to "store" my rods so am avoiding travel through green zones.

this green zone is a big area but the creek that runs off it is small and not in the zone and only reachable at a high tide, just worried about them stopping me and not trusting me on where i have caught the crabs

Save your crab pots locations on your GPS.

Then you have some evidence on where you have been.

Taking due precuations should weigh in on the matter...

If you take all reasonable steps to ensure recogition of the green zones, well yeah, that should be taken into account.

Its not like there are big fences around each green zone.
