Just wondering how many of you guys on here play indoor, outdoor, club, state or any other form of Cricket?

I have played a few seasons with Brothers out at Ipswich and for Norths in Mackay.I currently play in a a team in the QLD Churches comp. We played today and got flogged big time! I opened the batting and made a tough 23 with my batting partner getting a brave 30 runs. Just after drinks I was told to have a tonk and first ball back I got stumped by a bloke bowling 'nudies'. After that the rest of the team got skittled for a total of 88..

We took the field to defend our measly total dropping 6 catches all up and getting beaten by 8 wickets and 15 overs. Was a tad embarrassing!

Not a good day for us but was good to get out in the sunshine between 12 - 5.

Always looking for subs if anyone wants to have a hit.

Play for Cleveland and thornslands in the local leagues B2 think it is.

Usually bat at first drop or 4 and bowl an over or two if we need to buy a wicket!!

Played 6 won 6 top of the league but been rained off last two weeks which was a shame as meant to be playing local rivals Wellington point!!

Don't let the churches thing scare you it's just cricket no funny business!

The standard is probably 3rd grade Brisbane/Ipswich comp standard at best with a fair few hacks mixed in. Although I did face a guy today who was pretty quick and got me in the ribs, left thumb and helmet so it can get pretty heated.
