Was just looking through my catch stats for the year to date.

So far this year at North Pine dam I have caught 29 forkies, but only 17 golden perch.

I caught the first recorded forkie in North Pine back in 2008 (Tagging day). Did not see another one until about 3 years ago, until this year there was only the odd one showing up, now this year they are a common catch, so much so that I'm catching them in a ratio of 2 to 1 over a stocked species!
