The shame of it.

Started fishing at 5.45 and Rocket got a touch on a popper and that was all. We worked the points upstream to the rock wall and trolled for a while then worked some more points and bays with poppers and spinners. I got a hit on a spinner but no hook up.

Was a beaut morning glassed out.

Worked our way upstream till last bend where rocket caught his bass 38 to the tail on a spinner bait.

We went right to the end which looked really fishy but nothing. We threw everything at them but no fish

You would think that there should be a fish around here.

Worked our way back to the ramp trolling and casting spinnerbaits. I even tried my new Damiki Vaults they work really well but the bass were not hungry today.

Arrived back at ramp at 13.30 .

Nice relaxing day and good company from Rocket.

Thanks for a great day on the water Ray.

Don't forget your huge fish dropped boatside, it was almost as big as the lure:silly:

Just add more fish and and we upgrade from great to fantastic...next timeB)

At least we got some untried lures into the water for a swim!
