"Hugfest" report

Well, I'm back from my 4 day "hug fest" at Maleny.

no fish, lotsa hugs, group full of environmental scientists and environmental and cultural heritage types, which meant women in their early 20's, and the Nerds (about a dozen IT blokes, also in their early 20's)

So it was a thrilling week for me

But I have made a few new friends - yes even one young lady environmental scientist who works for the EPA,..... hello,.... hello, any one left out there.....

Baroon was like a mill pond each morning, I fished a different bit of the Maleny park each morning. Not so much as a touch, but very pleasant. (all photo's same day, but the different spots I fished during the week)

It looks like you would have had a very mellow, relaxing time up there. Them pics look great. Would there be Barra in there?

Nope, just Bass and Mary River Cod (which I am not sure if you can target, they are stocked, but it is part of the Mary River system which bans the taking of them).
