Looking at Willys weather forecast for next saturdsay and at this present time looking good .8 to .7 metre swell am 6knots wind to pm 9knots wind sunrise 6.18am keep fingers crossed :laugh: :cheer:

I see over on akff.com there has been a heap of mackeral around laguna bay just off noosa...

i've found the forecast on willy to be very conservative... on many occassions it's predicted 5-10 knots and blown 15-20!!

My grandfather would of looked at his barometer a week in advance after seeing that weather forecast, and said "never trust these weather clowns" or something similar. Funnily enough, he was always right... Bloody old salts. :laugh:

long way off for a good idea of weather for next weekend i'm going to plan my attack around thursday when we'll have a better idea but if it's blowwing just have to head further south into the bay

Oh nice this will be the first time in a while we have good weather like this on the new moon.Iam looking forward to it.Its good news cause every one can now have a crack out the bay doesnt matter what size tub ya got.

still looking ok for the weekend .

as long as the wind stays 5 to 10 knots it will be nice in horseshoe bay,it should keep the sand flies away .

if the arvo ese get to 10 to 15 it will get a bit windy on shore ,in horseshoe bay .

it will blow straight in ,but that's ok .

just camp down the bottom near where the big boat anchor up or maybe in platypus bay.

i'm taking jacket and tracksuit pants just in case .

i don't like cold morning anyways .

Thats good advice davo if it gets cold in the morning head down to our boat and well throw on a hot coffee and breakfast for you :laugh:

I'd watch the swell on Saturday that is a pretty heavy duty low down south.
