Also I feel sorry for the dude not getting mark for red snapper. As a cook, so many markets sell snapper in Australia as Red Snapper or King Snapper, unless you an actual fisherman i reckon the mistake can be forgiven.

I scored 8 out of 8. But I guess 99% here would have Unless the whitebait and sardines threw them off. I have to admit the first thing that crossed my mind when the sardines came out was "pillies"? Hahaha.

I can remember back in Uni with my mates, we had a bit to drink and where hungry with no money. We had some refrozen pillies in the fridge and decided to cook them up and eat them. They where a bit salty but did not make us sick

Sardines and Pilchards are in the same family and look pretty similar. However, I'm pretty certain that they were just West-Australian Pilchards and that they are just called Sardines in the culinary world.
