queensland Deckie For Monday

Hi all,

After a couple of weeks of ordinary weather, to put it mildly, Monday is looking like the only possibility of getting out for a fish. Even then, it’s supposed to blow back up around 1pm. With that in mind, is there anyone interested in heading out early Monday, checking out a few more marks and possibly doing a bit of trolling, in the mid to northern bay. It would be handy if you can reverse a trailer.

I've got a fair bit on through the day but I'd be more than happy to reverse your trailer for you if that's all that's stopping you from fishing..

Thanks mate. Appreciate the offer but I can reverse trailers and drive the boat on and off. Just haven’t worked out how to do both simultaneously. Lol. No biggie. Just makes it quicker and easier if I can be on the boat to drive it off while someone else reverses it down. You’re welcome on my boat anytime.

Good luck @GregOug. If anyone is considering putting their hand up, I can recommend Greg as a skipper. You will have a nice day on a great boat with some nice tunes on a quality sound system. The boat is due some mojo and you might just be the deckie to supply that X factor.

Hi @ellicat, @Sneaky1 and @Old Scaley. Apparently we are leaving at 5.30! from Port of Brisbane. I have a deckie so we should be right with the boat. Thanks for your offers of help. 
 

By the way, is the sun even up at that time of the day?

Not bad. Just waiting for my deckie to prepare the report. Might take a while though. They were very worn out from pulling up fish. Or was that the anchor? Can’t remember now.
