** IMPORTANT AFO ANNOUNCEMENT ** FOR SoO ENTRANTS

Upon further review of the Marine Park permit we were granted to hold the 2010 State of Origin event we not only needed to ensure all entrants had a valid NSW fishing licence but also had to record every entrant's fishing licence down for submission in a post event report to the Marine Park Authority.

So we need all competitors who entered to email their licence number urgently to events@australianfishing.com.au or john@australianfishing.com.au or pm user Johnny with your licence number.

We are sorry for the further hassle but we need this information to satisfy our permit conditions.

I'm in receipt of the TPI Gold Card Pension and my card covers the fishing licence.

Not much to report.

Camped at the vet camp Kalpower Station and caught a couple of barra. Land based.

Nothing at Monduran or Awonga Dams. From kayak

Got onto the bass at Boondooma and Borumba Dams. From kayak. No Toga for me yet.

Finished up at Wivenhoe Dam and all I could catch were the old cattie. From kayak.

Will be back again next year, this time starting at Wivenhoe and fishing north for a change. At least the water will be a lot warmer.
