Pin round 2

Hey Guys,

went to the pin to upgrade pb flathead on plastics and that i did by 10cm so was wrapped. launched from cabbage tree point at 8:30am and putted and fished along to the pin and back, saw some huge rays one had to be a meter across its back it was massive! anyways heaps of bites and dropped fish when smash it hit my plastic so hard and took a few metres of drag off me and my heart come out my throat was hopeing it wasnt a ray and when i saw this one float up i was stoked as!

what size was the lure \"3\"inch? the flatty should taste great.

nah went a bit over size i think was using 5inch with 1/2oz heads with 3/0 hooks

Nice work Kriso, you're on a roll!

As you have seen flatties don't mind a big target, so don't worry about 5inch + shads and the like.

Well done Kriso, looks like it went 54 or 55cm? I am heading to the Pin 1 or 2 or 3 days next week, undecided yet.

And you would be suprised at the size lures even small fltahead will take on. I caught about a 8 inch flathead on a 3 inch grub once. Impressive effort form the little tacker!
