These are photos of Bulimba and Murarrie. Its fast becoming a tourist attraction with many people coming down with their families and even pets to check out the floods.

Road leading to Colmslie boat ramp is completely sealed off.

i was down at breakfast creek and so guy was launching his tinny/tender to go to his boat off the street.

wow some full on water out there, i have been waiting for it to come here in north booval, alot of houses completely under and a fair way across bundamba creek.

I lost my (Kayak Transportation Pod) Pajero yesterday :blush: It was parked at the rear of Caboolture Fire Station, when I got back from all the rescues this is what I found :whistle: I's only the car so I count my blessings knowing what others are currently enduring. The pics were taken after much of the water had receded.

Nah, water right through fella, NRMA insurance are telling me she is going to be a right off, being assessed on Monday sometime.

@Nugget, no need for QFRS insurance fella, I'm with NRMA who i've found to be very good, so far :whistle:

We were out again today doing the old clean up stuff, it's going to be a VERY long week for many of us, but at least we get to come home every night to a warm dry bed.

Nah, water right through fella, NRMA insurance are telling me she is going to be a right off, being assessed on Monday sometime.

Hi Al are you 100% sure you are covered for flood? Im with NRMA too, full comp, covers everything from hail and storm etc, but does not cover flood. Flood is excluded for motor insurance.

Their PDS also states no cover for flood

Boat ramp at the back door, well its where I normally reverse my catamaran in

And these next couple are about 10 houses away from mine in an area where there is a low flood overflow drain (no sh!t)

Wow how would you feel living across the street from those houses completely under In the fifth picture down of Bootys pics, I did the plumbing on the house with the green roof and I remember saying to my old man that I reckon it would flood badly through there.

No there are photos taken on 13 Jan 2011 (compare them to the ones from 2010 and you will see the difference!!)
