I find the whole come to QLD support qld discussion highly amusing. Based on your theory then you support where you are. It is called state of ORIGIN not state of where you are. If we go on the theory of the parochial QLD's here then lets make sure the players play in the state where they are too. Petro can come play with NSW, the other 6 from Melbourne play for Victoria. WHo do you gain as QLD's, Wallace?

Id think the odds of a QLD win would be reduced dramatically if you only got to choose from the QLD based teams (given there are only 8/9 in the current squad. OOh I forgot to dump tate because he is from NZ now :)

And while we are on the NSW bashing Ill just add I moved to QLD to help the statement about being the smart state become a little more authentic hahahahaha (its nice to be able to point this out to others not from work) :woohoo:

Looking forward to game 2 where my heart says NSW but my money is going to be placed on the toads.

Bring it on - I love interstate rivally :)

PS. As a NSW supporter I would like to thank the QLD selectors for the lack of judgement for the win the other night.
