What's the latest date/time for someone to register (enter comp) ?

Ellicat: As long as all the paper work etc is in oder they can register as late as they like. As in even on the day of the comp.

Over the next 2 days ill compile a list of who has registered and publish it in a seperate thread.

I have tried to register online twice (Fri).

Each time it let me fill in all my details, put in the security code and ticked read conditions...then it takes me to a "search" screen that has nothing to with the process??????

Is there something wrong with it?

Just curious......for those competing in this years BRC, how many hours you planning on fishing for?

At this stage unfortuntaley I'll be landbased, and i would say I'd be fishing for at least 28 - 30 hours over the 3 days.

Unfortunately for me the wife is working both nights of the comp so I will be limited to daytime fishing, and I have a party saturday arvo. So about 24 hours?

I have to work Friday followed by work Christmas party which is an overnighter then when that clears I'm fishing

Did you get this sorted Rocket ? I didn't have any troubles registering. Might have to put a thread up in the "Issues" forum so Webmaster knows. Let me know:)

I had a problem with firefox but no worries using internet explorer.

I eventually did get mine to work, the webmaster sent me a PM to say that there was a problem, but I'm not sure if it's been fixed yet.

The times it knocked me back I was clicking on the banner at the top of the page, the time it worked I clicked on the "click here to register online" golden logo on the right of screen. Not sure if any correlation, but it worked for me;)

Got a question.. if say u catch a flathead that is too big to keep can u still weight it in live then release it?

You've gotta be in it to win it and with the recent weather the fishing might be a bit tough. So any fish caught will be in with a chance I'm thinking.

i heard storms at night on the weekend bu they have said that a few times and then called the storm off that arvo so will and see i guess

Not this year, missus is working nights so have to baby sit. Last Year I fished from 8:30am Friday to about 1pm on the sunday! Overnighted at Kookaburra park on the water.

rain, hail, snow, whatever, i'll be there. if it does storm up , brekky breek bridge is a good place to hide as the storms don't last very long, just a reminder that graphite rods and thunder storms don't mix, your graphite rod would be a conductor, thought i'd drop that in there, u neva no.p.s. what do you guys get for 2nd prize, lol

River is fairly dead! Went for a fish today/tonight. Caught a couple of catties but nothing else out there. Also set 2 crab pots, just checked them then and they haven’t been touched. Going to be hard yakka this weekend imo.
