A text from Feral saying Brian has caught a 98cm barra and Graham cracked the metre mark with a 105cm. Good luck to them although green with envy:angry:

Ive been getting regular updates from Terry too. I have got them all when I have been working on assignments or at uni giving presentations... Lets just say I would trade places in an instant!!!

Anyway, Terry had caught an 84cm barra at last update and Lee had brought in two.

Sounds like they are having a great time up there!

Yep I got another text from Terry, 4 barra now. Lee's measured 80cm, 88cm, and 104cm (29lbs)!!!

I just got back from Ayr in north queensland fishing. Bagged a 65cm Barra on a flat rats. Damn these boys put my Barra to shame. haha. However mine was a salt water so suppose the taste factor was is in my favour. Are they eating these fresh water barra? Is the taste factor very different ive never tasted fresh before.

Im interested in reading about the Awoonga trip 2006, how can i find the thread. It was mentioned that its under the tops posts, but i dont have any topics under the heading.
