Recruitment and Labour Hire game specialising in warehousing, distribution and container freight industry.

Office bound now, but 10 years as a heavy equipment operator prior - spent most of that time at Fisherman Islands with a view of the river mouth and bay every day but only just started fishing it!

I'm another Govt. worker. I conduct inspections on companies when they do road work for Main Roads.I make sure they are doing what they should in terms of contracts and specifications.

Does that make sense.:silly:

Basicly I watch other people work and then write reports about it.

I'm a number cruncher and manager of a yacht club but I have access to many boats for sale so if you want a boat around the $Mil just ask!:pinch: I have a good deal going on a 17 meter cruiser this week if you want it.:woohoo:

As to services to offer I don't have much but I am happy to do a quick health check on any Business by reviewing the Balance Sheet, P&L, Budgets, Gearing and Trading Ratios and Payroll %'s. I can also audit to trace missing $$$$$$ if you have a problem. NO charge for AFO members with a status of Hero or more.

Not much help to a fishing site sorry.

Group marketing manager for a company that's involved in mining towns and remote accommodation in Oz and around the world...before that, a mix of real estate and capital equipment sales/marketing (interesting we've got a few cheffy types on the site...could be looking for a few soon for some WA contracts we've got coming up. Anyone interested?). Also help out the missus with marketing, admin, tax etc in her business (rag trade). Like Brian D, probably not a huge amount of help on a fishing site, but if you're running your own business and want some marketing help, drop me a PM.:)

I am a Cytologist, which means for the better part of the day I sit on my ass and screen Pap smears. The rest of the time I sit on my ass and screen FNA's(Fine Needle Aspirations) or look out the window to the Murarrie stretch of the Brisbane river and dream of big Snapper and Jewies cruisin' around looking for my SP's while I'm out on my Yak...

And before anyone asks...no can't screen anyone's smears for cheap........lol

Work for a very large travel company in their IT department. Was second level support, then onsite coordinator for QLD and NSW, now logistics and licensing.

So yeah for some IT parts, some travel questions (i know the best hotels to stay at in quite a few major cities), IT questions, software.....hit me up and i'll see what i can do.

Just wondering...any of you guys not ok to be pm'd for private jobs?

coz there's a few here that i know i can get some weekend jobs for.

angus - what suburbs are you knowledgeable in?

kmetius - whats the best way to bake potatoes in the oven so they are cruchy on the outside, soft on the inside and not burnt?

bigtez - can you trim car interiors?

kriso - how are you at fitting turbos and aftermarket parts into jap cars?

jeez..i could go on forever here.

Phew.... I was wondering what sort of private job he was going to ask me to on a spare weekend.

But I can give you a tip on your spuds though, peel them, par boil or microwave them, then rough up the outside with a fork or if you are doing heaps then toss them around a bit in a colander. Then into a baking tray with already hot fat.... Beautiful!!

I'm an AV Tech. Do mostly soul destroying corporate stuff like conferences but some other more interesting stuff occasionally. Can probably answer any queries about sound, lighting or vision if anyone wants but my job's not very relevant to Fishing, unless you're planning on making a video or something.

P.s. no I won't tune your VCR for you :)

Hey guys,

I'm in recruitment, mainly in the engineering and construction industry. Spend most of my day chasing blokes like feral, trying to get them to join the dark side of private industry.

Was a Pizza Boy for 10 yrs before this, crappy business, but great fishing hours in the early days.

Do$tylz: We have a strict policy that says \"If it floats we will work on it, if it sinks we won't touch it, If you are unsure we offer free float testing\"

yes I can but I won't. You are better off going to a reputable car trimmer that is set up to trim cars.
