Good article. I have no real knowledge of bass fishing so any info like this is great:)

I guess it explains also why Dino and a few others have been getting some nice Bass in close around the grass at NPD lately. Sounds like the shallower water might be fishable further into winter this year before you have to start targeting the deep water.

Cold again this morning.

Just the weather to try sussing out some bass sneaking around the edges of the lakes.

We hear a lot about casting to the shallows at various times of year but have't heard about trolling there. I must admit it is something I had not even considered. But I sure will be trying it soon.
