What to bring: Common Sense.

that could be hard one if to much socialising is done .:P

Accomodation: Cabin reservations will be first in first served, however some preference will be given to the ladies. is Henry Do a lady ,we know how Henry feels about tents and camping .:P

Hahaha very good Davo :P

Based on past experience this preference is based purely desire for a bit of privacy.

After all Davo, although you might find it hard to believe, some of the "lads" are not super appealing come about 8PM :P

On that note, with Steve Wilkes now in control of the entirety of Camp LakeFire, there will be no issues with grumpy caretakers who think the sun going down means no more noise...

how many spots available gus? we'll camp and bring the boat just unable to confirm until closer to date.

cheers

eug

Mate if you are bringing your own boat its pretty unlimited. Just give enough notice for the puchasing of food etc (as all meals are provided).

The Camp Lakefire site is wicked becuase we launch just down a track from the camp sites and cabins, so its not a big trip like when its at Hinze. Actually for those that didnt attend the previous one at Maroon (I think we have done it only once at Maroon vs 5 times at Hinze) you will find the facilities very good!

Just a heads up we have confirmed two guest presentations for the Sat Arvo/Evening.

Searing Tackle (Fishing Lures)

Nordic Stage (Fishing Rods)

Not sure what the presentations will include exactly but they should be informative.

Thanks to those people that have already sent their emails in :)

haha... how have I been missing on all this ragging on me?? bastards...

yeap.. ladies and I get to shotgun cabins... I don't roll with this camping BS :P but nah if it came down to a pinch I'm sure I could live like that for a week. As long as I can shower properly I'm good.

I'm there with bells on. This thing is gonna be awesome.

We'll divert the youngins trudging through the bush away from sweresy, keep the bottles of scotch away from Angus and I'll have a new drinking suit to come with my drinking hat... SIIICK!!!

Another one came through today.

Thanks guys.

Rob (ZimMan): Mate with the Dam not as heavily stocked Steve doesnt take any fish from this dam. In addition the general consensus is that fish from this dam are much muddier and there have also been many blue green algae issues in the past.

Zim - yep... Panda hat is still terrorising the drinking circles.

Tomca - mate just play your cards right and you may not have to play so rough to get into my panda get up :P

Benno - if you bring a bigger tent you can play too...

hey is tacklebox and kreel coming to this?? its not an overnighter without Baden to lay sh** on...
